These beautiful fabrics come from the Chelsea Garden and Parlor fabrics designed by Crystal Manning for Moda Fabrics. The kit uses the High Street Hill pattern that is relatively easy and well written instructions. The kit includes the backing which is the print in the background, binding, and all fat quarters to complete the quilt. Finished the quilt measures 62 inches X 68 inches.
